Where is my order?

My order has been "in transit" for over a week with no movement. This is the second time this has happened. Can someone actually look into where it is?

Thanks for flagging this. That's not normal at all. I've opened a trace with our shipping partner — usually we hear back within 24 hours. I'll keep you posted.

I've issued a reship from our LA warehouse and applied free 2-day shipping. You'll get the new tracking by end of day. The original will be refunded if it ever shows up.
